thank you smartix. I think there are several versions of pad thai. The one with soy sauce is the worst, I think. They pour so much of it that the meal looks black! :) But there is one light that I like. Once I had it at the Thai Embassy , made by a popular Thai chef and fell in love with it or kind of :)
