What happens if one day you wake up and feel the big power of the word NO?
If you understand that you can say NO instead of YES, that you can change your personal story instead of accepting the limits and the compromises that someone else made up for you long ago?
Would it imply that you will finally start living for yourself?

No is a powerful word, you're absolutely right: toddlers know this, infact they use it endlessly, to the frustration and chagrin of their parents... so we're taught since childhood that we have to listen to our parents and do as they say, we must obey the law, we have to follow the rules of fashion, of beauty... we become accustomed to say YES, it's easy, easier than dissent. At our age (and I put us together, although you're younger... argh!) it's imperative we all re-learn to say NO. Call it a rebirth and yes, you'll start living for yourself. I'm still struggling...

sì, penso che abbia un potere enorme, che sto sperimentando (per ora senza clamore) nella mia testa in questo periodo. non pensavo, ma è un sollievo, è sentirsi per la prima volta artefice di qualcosa per se stessi... è liberatorio.

"no" and "yes" are equally powerful. It is what drives them that needs understanding. May your answers be driven by wise intent.
