I am suffering from insomnia.
it's been two months now.
it's killing me!!!!

And also sometimes I feel breathless.
it's been a few days.
Not while I exercise, which seems to be reassuring, but when I am doing nothing.
At night too.
I wake up and cannot fall asleep because of this lack of air.

Probably it's anxiety
we've gone through a hard time and also the near future is uncertain.
but whatever is the reason, it's really annoying.
feeling breathless is scary and the more i think of it, the worse it gets.

It's 3 a.m. and I feel so terribly awake.
gosh.

I'm sorry for you.
If you are not taking any drug (I mean those with the potential for altering your mood and sleeping), these are indeed symptoms of some kind of discomfort inside your soul.

Have you tried to perform some visualization exercise?

Sometimes these have been proven to be extremely efficient to me.

It happened to me some months ago...It's terrible, especially when you have to wake up early in the morning.
I passed all the time counting my decreasing sleeping hours...

A little help can come from camomile and a pure essence of lemon balm. (che poi รจ la melissa).

You can try with the training "autogeno" (I don't know the translation) sometimes it can help to get asleep.

Ali: every once in a while i suffer from insomnia. this time it seems more complicated because there are many things happening or happening in the wrong way and i feel exhausted.

You need your sleep, CrazyTee. Stay away from the computer right before going to bed, if you can. SOmetimes it helped me, when I couldn;t sleep, thinking about something positive I knew was in my future. It's definitely difficult when the road is bumpy..
